When a vocal injury ended my career as a performer, I switched sides: from the talent perspective to set supervision, then to running my own agency. I knew castings from the inside – what talents need, what productions really look for, and where things get stuck between the two.
I founded PCA in 2019. Shortly after, the entire film industry ground to a halt. We didn't. Young agency, new projects, Covid testing on set – what began as the hardest possible start became proof that it works.
Seven years later I work on productions running on Netflix, BBC and in German premium broadcasters. What producers value about working with us: one contact, clear communication, and a cast that shows up on shooting day.
