From the stage into casting.
When a vocal injury ended my career as a performer, I switched sides: from the talent's perspective to looking after sets, then to my own agency. I knew casting from the inside, what talent needs, what productions really look for, and where the two don't meet.
I founded PCA in 2019. Shortly after, the entire film industry stood still. I didn't. A young agency, new projects, Covid testing on set, what began as the hardest possible start became proof that it works.
Seven years on, I work on productions that run on Netflix, BBC and in German-speaking premium houses. What producers value about working with me: one point of contact, clear communication, and a cast that shows up on shoot day.
I'm also an elected representative of the Film, Culture and Entertainment trade group at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Vienna.

Onur Poyraz
Onur knows set from both sides. As an actor, seen in the ORF/Netflix series „Biester“ and „Alles Finster“ and the Amazon Prime series „Beasts Like Us“, he knows what talent needs in front of the camera. Through years of experience as a project lead and crowd manager on film and TV productions, he also knows how a set runs from the production side. He brings both perspectives together at PCA.
